INFLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Inflate the ball to approximately 80% of size. 2. Put one of the plugs in the ball and let sit for 24 hours. 3. After the 24-hour resting period, remove the plug and continue to inflate the ball to the correct size. 4. Inflate the ball until the guide tape is a snug fit to your fitness ball, the tape shouldn’t be loose or overly tight. 5. Never inflate your Exercise Ball greater than the guide tape or labeled inflation size.
